Have you thought of the fact that GGG doesn't have the money or the funding to build the mine? I think the price seems very reasonable at the moment but let's say they need 240M for the next phase and release 4B new shares at 6c to raise that, the investment case is starting to look quite different. Then the current 6c might be the right price without much room for growth.
