I am cautiously optimistic that FBR and the Hadrian 109 (HX #2)will continue to build houses, whether that be for Archistruct, Summit or a new partner as per the below snippet from the recent corporate presentation on 31.07.
Given that Summit homes is more aligned to being a volume builder when compared to Archistruct, other prospective and more financially lucrative WA customers/partners (BGC for instance) may be waiting to see how that pilot program progresses.
My assumption is that the Hadrian 109+ (HX #1) will be the iteration that will build two storey's at the increased lay rate which if we are lucky... We may see glimpses of at the back end of Q4 but certainty Q1 2021.
Thoughts?
