That BoD looks like they're on the cutting edge of innovation. Not a plaid suit among them.
And to save face, everytime FBR beats state one's price target, they'll ratchet the price target up another 10 cents. Until it gets to a buck and then they'll be ratcheting it up by the buck. And when it gets to 15 bucks, it'll be back to 10 cents ratchet at a time because nobody should believe this crazy voodoo that FBR is doing.
