Despite you wanting to wrap up your legal fairs asap....it's not your choice what day you get in court no matter how loud you complain, how good your lawyer is, how rich you are....
The quicker it's wrapped up the less they can charge. They are experts at siphoning the money from your pocket. That's why we all minimise our time in their offices. If you complain and they don't like you...it could take longer than it should, you may become a low priority.
Dont panic unless you bet your house on it, you could still be a big winner....or if it goes the other way a big loser...
