    Strategic direction does not equal takeover or strategic partner ... It may equal capital raising . Given the history of legal issues , lack of ownership clarity and almost every timeline being missed by months to years I would be viewing this pending Ann as good .... If there was any good news we would get indication in the wording . I may be wrong
