Prediction
The largest shareholder in CTN is Mr Geoff Wilson (through WAA and WAM) with about 9m shares.
The second largest is Mr Victor John Plummer with 4m shares - my reading of the annual reports show that he also held 1.2m shares in CGA making him about #9 on the CGA share list and is also #12 on the Naos LIC "NAC".
I understand why Mr Plummer might vote "yes" but not Mr Wilson - nevermind - my prediction is that these two will vote in favour of the resolutions at the CTN AGM and the "No" vote will be defeated because of these two shareholders alone.
Suggestion
With its new portfolio in place that Naos have told shareholders consists of nearly 50% cash already, if they really do care about shareholders and are not in this to grow Funds Under Management or fees to the manager as they say, why don't they use some of this cash to run a proper buy-back at NTA and let unhappy shareholders out? Or has Mr Wilson already done that deal for his shares?
