    If one takes an indepth look at most manufacturers of "machines":

    we see all manufacturing companies use debt to fund their enterprise, it's only logical that fbr will get a loan to start full scale global expansion (50+ hx's) and thus it is logical that:

    there won't be a cash raise(cr) but a loan deal with a major global bank.
