    Well, I doubt it is correct procedure for the meeting to discuss this.
    Presumably someone will speak in favour of the name change, ask for those against it to speak, move a motion to adopt the name change, and a show of hands. Motion passed.

    I think the Meeting will then be closed. I don't know if any other matters can be raised or not.
    Peacock might decide to update shareholders on progress but it's not an agenda item.

    I think before the insolvency is decided on we need to see the current year's financial accounts, then we need to see the results of the review. I want to see a detailed list of the assets and liabilities before we think about insolvency. Chris Scott's rescue plan too needs to be seen. :-)
    Insolvency means debts that can't be paid - do we have those - I don't know.
    I do know that some of the contractors and workers for City Pacific (at Martha Cove) claim they have not been paid for 4 months. City Pacific is still trading, in fact I sold mine yesterday. I wonder how much cash they have?

    Anyway let's see what happens - there must be some GOOD NEWS somewhere.
