prediction for end of financial year

Haven't posted on here in years, I do look occasionally here and there (but live in London now, so little time), I've held for a long time, and like some, just left it and was waiting for the cheque! I'm looking for honest opinions on where FMS might be before the end of the financial year... I'm not talking about just the share price either, what stages are to be anticipated to be completed etc..? Plus what does one feel the share price may be, based on what would be 'successfully' executed by the company at that time?

The reason I ask is because I would like to sell half my holding before the end of this financial year, and I'm hoping FMS is in good shape (need to pay my old folks a large chunk of money basically, and there is a deadline.)
