yeah simply stating the newsletter and price is not a breach of copyright. You're not copying text from the newsletter or anything..Anyway it must be that small cap newsletter that had the buy up to 16 cents..I suspect they've upped the level to 50c or somethang. To da mooooon tomorrow. That newsletter does seem influential.
