This happened to me last time.
You need to provide TFN to Computershare. In the absence of TFN they withhold 47% (max tax rate..., sigh...), which is why you received 2385, precisely 53% of $4500.
However, you may get some or all of the withheld part back in your next tax return, depending on your individual circumstances.
