Any thoughts on this company's progress? Looks like they will delay the quarterly to the last minute.

Positives I see are that it's heavily oversold chart wise, and directors have been buying (an albeit small amount) - are they confident in the results to come? Unique enough product.

Negatives - board dramas. Who is telling the truth? Are their numbers fudged as alleged?
Is their product one of the many tech bubbles to be burst eventually.

Many questions to be answered. It's been quiet here for a while, stock has been chugging away to new lows week by week.
