Oh apologies - generally when I mean "stable" it means there is no or very few systemic risks to the financial system. Most indicators (sentiment, yield rates, confidence, volatility) seem to indicate there does not exist anymore "risk" to markets.
Previously, the US budget, US debt ceiling, inflation, Federal Reserve meeting, Omnicron, billionares selling all soured market sentiment. Everywhere you go, there was bad news.
It's more like a "gut feeling" but it's pretty clear investors have retained confidence recently.
