until toll treatment and good debt funding are announced a lot of people looking at this stock will believe the full funding is through that 75m equity funding which would ultimately dilute this into non existence. MQ and the board with some of there moves over the past 12 months have done little to install confidence into investors that what they say in private phone calls can actually be trusted.
still way more risk involved in this than should be after obtaining MR and releasing DFS last year unfortunately
