What I’m most curious about is examples of buy outs for other Australian biotech companies, are there any examples and what was the buyout value compared to peer buyouts at the time?
I feel americans are not so big in buying outside of USA so will they fork out the kind of numbers being put out there for a little Aussie co.?
Also in regards to getting a buyout at fair value for unprecedented figures, rather than straight buyouts, would licensing for each pillar be an option? So as each pillar is being proven licensing for value of the pillar can be obtained and this progressive work up to the lofty heights of the full potential. Rather than a one time buy out that may cut short on full potential value.
