Just comical that this happened with Pak Marthen.
Agreement failed to happen, investors (myself included) lost 70%
Then there was another few failed agreement, and now this one (where we are predicting the words to a tee of the tenth delay)!
At least big Hamish was paid since the failed Pak Marthen funding agreement...
Not sure it's been so pretty for anyone else (yourself included I'm guessing?)...
It's sad that the ASX didn't request more certainty / information from GMC after the Pak Marthen issue. I guess the ASX is not quite like the SEC in the US ehh
