    It wouldn't surprise me, if the same thing has happened. The guy has a history of repeated failures.

    The obvious next step would be to convince the 5.5m lender to take more of the project in exchange for the reapyment. They already own 25 percent of the project, what's another 25 percent?

    Better than voluntary administration right?
