I am a regular user of Xero and a promoter of this product to small business clients. I have clients who use MYOB. I am currently trying to get MYOB support. They have made it near on it possible to get human support for their standard $170mth small business Account Right product.
I have an urgent issue and have resorted to Instagram to try get someway to contact human support. A good example of when cost savings take precedence over customer service.
It all looks good now on paper MYOB....nice cost savings....but we all remember these circumstances when we urgently need help. These particular clients stay with MYOB because XRO does not have a workable deposit solution for customer / supplier deposit invoices... BUT ONCE THEY DO BYE-BYE MYOB.
