    LLC knew that the house prices were on the way up as reported in the news. In fact good increase on house prices over the next 2 -3 yrs. This was simply opportunistic.

    What I fail to understand is how the directors said Yes to .31 knowing this was going to shaft their loyal shareholders.

    If I has Millions of $$, I would buy up 50% of LLP myself
