you know, i wonder if the Zambesi river barging feasibility determination is nearing completion, and if RIO know the outcome to be a tick for this transportation option ?

That could explain the move they are making now, because if the barging option was to be announced as positive and a 'goer', the SP would explode from here one would think....hmmmm
