Sorry about that - I'll bet your initials will be heavily engraved on those shares too - what a bloody pain - PC tried to explain the disadvantage of dual listings - two points he brought up apart from trying to convince me that it would be bad to retain a listing here:

Thankfully, I don't personally see the sole US listing as a deal-breaker - just short term pain during the transtion.
