Ausguy. All bio's issue large quantities of shares in the early stages of development, that's the nature of the business unfortunately. Over 80% of nano /micro/small cap bio's have more then 1+billion on issue.
Most bio's require initial funding to get their products to a stage where it's worthwhile to partner their products. ANP could've prehaps partnered up when they were sitting on 1.1billion issued shares but chose to add more value to their products instead.
They are now in a key position to start developing significant partnerships that will secure long term funding. I believe it is extremely unlikely further share issuing will occur. I am very confident that the concerns you and others have expressed will finally be put to rest in the very near future.
Consolidation is an unlikely outcome at this stage. It would require another 2 CR's.
