Is the bottle of wine an investment Penfolds Grange Hermitage, or BWS $3.99 elcheapo bottle?
DATE: Friday 20 December 2013. (to coincide to slip under the radar when everyone is focussed on being @ Christmas break up parties & snowed under with activities before getting away on holidays the following week).
VERDICT: if the verdict outcome is a simplistic matter of "upheld" or "dismissed" then I'll elect the "dismissed" option
If this gets passed the post with correct weight - why not make the wine a sparkling moscato around the $15-$20 range for my wife.
The termininology of "soon" in legal terms might be an approximate 3 or 4 months wait.
