    I like wine ... so I have decided that it is going to be 9 Sep and appeal dismissed.

    It may be semantics, but the date we are talking about is it the day the judge gives his judgement or the day OBL announces to market? Could be a different day ...

    Regardless, as long as it is dismissed, I shall be a happy man (whether I have to buy the wine myself or get sponsored by newregime)
