I do however note that Mr Goodall and Mr Bolkus do not appear to have disclosed any shareholdings.

Why therefore is NDT shareholdings relevant? do you always select a director based upon their individual shareholdings?

If so then Mr "Trojan" has the front running on that logic.

Perhaps they may care to comment.

So it looks like the OC group have at least one shareholder.
