I do agree that you don't select a director based on SH's as you say.

I am more inquisitive from the perspective of the second part of my question in that I was wondering when you would be able to conduct your challenge?

Hence I was thinking out loud that maybe New Direction (and associates) were big shareholders and would be able to call the meeting sooner rather than later ?

I have seen that one OptionCo director is a Top 20 shareholder and while I agree with you its not the B's and E's it shows some form of commitment.

It just seems like ND have been on the scene for a while now without garnishing the required support, and certainly you have been quite shouty in your opposition of the current board and alternatives but formally have not been able to land any blows or anything for shareholders to get behind.
