When the .015 sell line gets to 20 or 30 million shares someone will whack it and take out a large chunk. If this hapens it will confirm that large accumulation is still taking place.

I have seen this through 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 cents.

Suggest if any large holders were sellers at 0.014 they would have already done so.
