All the more reason why the company won't bother to try to sell the U holdings. Given that divestment is going to happen, and from the point of view of presenting URO as a bona fide geothermal company it will be, creating a separate company and then doing an in specie distribution would really seem to be the simplest solution. It should add at least 10c to the share price.
