I predict the Government SNAFU will turn out to be good for Noxopharm:
- The debacle should attract media attention
- An election is due within months
- Given that the grant was confirmed by written notice, website change and oral advice, the Government has an obligation to correct the record
- At the very least, I expect a grant of a significant amount to be reinstated
- When the upcoming material announcement is released, it should attract media attention
- And if all else fails, see you in court!
