I am not saying take the cheapest deal, im saying to bluff means uncertainty, to show your hand all bar one card will often make the other player fold, works well if you are holding a 4.
To prove you are open to deal with other parties,not just say it, will expose Celgene to unknown quantities ie how much are the opposition willing to pay.
