Yes they're cheap to buy and inexpensive to run. And most of all - they are effective.

Part of their problem in their decision making is they have high expectations & pretty much rely on them.
BIG MISTAKE. They shouldn't under estimate that things might not work out as planned. They should have learned by now.
They need to over compensate to reduce risk!
This is their last roll of the dice.
I still think they should offer a generous JV ASAP.
