They didn't say 3-3 mills running 24 hrs p/day.

Is a shift 8hrs? If so, it would surely be impossible to run 24 hrs non stop.

I think they mean each mill is given down-time & then the next one takes over? So6-8 hrs each mill runs for?

Why can't they be more specific in their announcements???!!!!!
If it's the case where they will be running each mill 6-8 hrs p/ day, then that means I need to reduce my production recovery calculations by 25%-33% as the calculations were based on 12 hr days, not 6-8 hrs p/day.

That's not good. Were they a bit sneaky with this statement?

Why would they put themselves in such a position when all the below will still remain in force
Cartesian debt and security over all assets
CN debt and dilution
Directors loans
Performance shares triggered

Why pay for a takeover and still assume all conditions above ???
