This was the date that Biomerieux had to reengage on a "Non Exclusive" basis - so even if they did come back in before 31st March and ADO were to sign it wouldnt make any difference to ADO at all.

What is more likely is that once 31st March has passed their will be much more action from Philips IMO

As they could sign with ADO and not have to share with Biomerieux IMO

Perhaps good timing for the conference being today 31st March in Austria at Sony conference.

I would expect things will start to heat up from now onwards
