30 cents maybe - as plenty will have had enough of Mali - with not many buyers stepping up to take their place until production is proven.
20 cents - I hope not.
Would not be warranted if all issues are actually solved this time and it's onto production ramp up. I would not be in favour of suspension ending until ALL government issues, including them buying into JV are fully resolved. Certainty is essential from here on in.
