Nine Lives, From the ABS site, here are the forecast population figures for each state for a good many years ahead (all figures to be multiplied by 1,000). Note the growth forecasts for QLD.
I think buying anywhere in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast etc is as safe as you can get when it comes to investing.
Do a few calcs on percentage rises and you will see that QLD's growth will be excellent.
Not also that by 2041 QLD will be almost as populace as Victoria.
