molomski, agree, same discussions been going on since about 2000, only new and different posters with the same old story about it crashing.............and it just keeps churning upward..........
the other poster who said property follows shares is not entirely correct..............if the stockmarket tanks............smart money have usually already got into property, which takes off after the stockmarket tanking...............each type has its own cycles, rarely move in unison together..........hence the old type investor who holds all 3 types
