    What is everyone's opinions or predictions on the degree of scaleback for the SPP?

    I think there is a good chance they will increase the maximum amount and take all moneys (around $400 million) as this will be the companies last chance to raise capital for some time.

    If not I think they will cap it at the same amount for everyone, say around $5000.

    What do others think?
