SQM have a genuine appetite for more Aussie mines according to their CEO … and I wonder if they could consider a joint bid with Wesfarmers and/or Gina?

I still think Gina may end up bidding for 100% and get MinRes to build the mine and provide the ongoing mining services and marketing.
Nobody now knows more about the hard rock lithium mining and processing business in Australia than MinRes. They could build it quicker, cheaper and are right on top of processing alternatives and challenges.
