She did say that but I thought that the SP and percentage held by the government where adjusted to demand, and since it was set a the low end of the scale demand must have been relatively low. She is always going to be bullish, because government has a 40% stake.
I don't think the price will do much either way in the first week because of manipulation. We'll find out tomorrow, I'll be watching with interest.
