    Hi Defplayer,

    Inground valuations can vary from ~$10 to ~$20 usually ... see some US inground recent sales ... the higher numbers assume infrastructure in place to produce ... so not stranded oil or gas ... so average say $15 per barrel in ground would be more reasonable.

    Would love your prediction to be true ... obviously I am a bit more conservative than you :)
