Although we ALL would love a better deal than this it seems no major would be willing to pay more than what is paid AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. If a better deal could have been done then it would have been done by now, why didn't JH do it? And IF this same deal was done 3 years ago we could be where BRU is right now. I want to get rich, but not after I'm dead. But no complaint from me as I only came across CTP early this year. It seems most of those who have been in CTP for many years have waited for this moment all along. The sp says it all.
If we still insist on waiting for a better deal we could be losing our tenements or be diluted till kingdom come. Absolutely pointless.
