-All they need is to provide and re-affirm their profit guidance now. MGR report today (listen to it now), so it’ll be a good indication of how GPT will perform today.
-GMG up about 10-15% in the few days after they announce their in-line with expectation results, GS has a target on them at just over $4, next revision coming but TP change is minimal as they stated.
-It’s quiet ridiculous how they have a NTA of $3.70 and only trading at $1.70. IOF report good results, I think their SP is about $1.40 with a NTA of about $1.80. GPT has a buffer to write downs at this price (However nice to know that they already announce the value of their JV assets).
-Article in The Australian yesterday believe due to decline in new housing rent could go up as much as 30% and property as high as 25% in the next several years.
