Friday's lack of response doesn't worry me. I believe there was maybe only 45 minutes left and all we had was that some local guy supposedly said something that was reported by a Chinese language newspaper. Anyone that would base any stock decision on such "news" probably doesn't even belong in stocks! The minister's now public decision and the two very minor, and probably already addressed conditions, should be a big part of what the market is looking for short of the actual release of the TOL. I think this is what the smart money/big end of town will conclude.
