Looking at historical chart there is a natural resistance around the 22 cent mark. This was a previous high set in the week of 5 November 2007. This is the battle line where the bulls and the bears line up. Chart theory would suggest that once this 22 cent barrier is breached then new tops will be set and when I look back there are no historical tops above 22 cents. According to Gann this would mean 100%, 200% above the broken old high of 22 cents.
