The Canadian 43-101 report on another CHN thread makes for very interesting reading ("JULIMAR NI-CU-PGE PROJECT – NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT"). Still a lot of studies to complete before it gets financed but assuming metal prices don't crash or some unforeseen environmental headache does not pop-up there should be a mine there in the next 3-5 years (??).
