This what I said on 20/11/20 #49032190 in response to someone (not 614) whinging about the number of options on issue

"Likewise, anyone buying ESR knew the number of options on issue & that if the SP went past $0.05 they were in the money & would almost certainly be exercised, thereby diluting shareholders who came late to the party. Caveat emptor.

Now the SP is way past $0.05 all the options will be exercised. You knew that could happen & from the endless posts about dilution, none of you wanted that to happen & are royally pissed off that it is now going to happen.

BUT you bought your shares knowing there were a gazillion options on issue. Get over it, live with it & just accept the fact that you can’t have it both ways - buy the shares cheaply & then when they surge (thus meaning the options are in the money) accept that those options will be exercised."

The ESRO's were issued in September 2018 - 2 years before Carr Boyd. Just move on everyone: the options are what they are & no amount of posting/whinging/the sky is falling will change that. Despite what some people would like to do, you cant re-write history
