If you going to do a serious exploration / DD campaign out at Gindalbie (Carr Boyd) and you have had a sniff of what you are chasing, then surely it is obvious that - Drillers, Support Crew, Geo's, Contractors, Offsiders need somewhere to sleep, eat, wash, refuel, have power and decent roads to get machinery in and out, so the exploration can actually happen.
I would call that necessary, essential dollars spent in the name of having a serious crack.
