What is a total "lack of appreciation" is not taking in to consideration that, drilling holes for oil/gas has many moving parts. Setbacks happen all the time. Just don't be surprised if it is not all smooth sailing and the SP goes the other way short / medium term. One can sugar coat it all one likes but the fact of the matter is that it may happen.
