The high pressure down the well is what will drive the flow rate so that should be a positive. The key thing is how much does the well pressure drop at sustained high flow rates. The less pressure drop at a sustained flow rates the better the permeability of the well geology and presumably the fewer production wells for the required production rate. The key is to size the well tubing and the choke to give a meaningful test results. For example a very small choke would not enable sufficient flow to affect the upstream well pressure and give you no info on permeability.
