I predict the SP will remain range-bound between 60c-75c for the next twelve months.

You could be right, but I see the share price more in terms of a win/lose situation with high stakes rather than a plod along within a range for an extended period of time. If its a lose outcome 60c won't be held and 40c is likely. If its a win then there will be a big jump with a $1 possible. We won't know which is right for a while and until then should see a narrow range with a 60c floor.
